The scientific school "Problems of the effectiveness of modernization and innovation processes" was founded in 2015. This scientific direction was formulated and emerged from the scientific school of Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Economics, Professor A.N. Asaul [1] , "Methodological problems of the effectiveness of regional investment and construction complexes as a self-organizing and self-regulating system" [2] .

The founder of the scientific school is Sevek Vyacheslav Kyrgysovich , Doctor of Economics, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the Tuva State University (TuvGU), Head of the Tuva Regional Branch of the Free Economic Society of Russia, follower-successor of the scientific school of Professor A.N. Asaula.

The main directions of scientific research of the team

The main goal of the scientific school is to conduct scientific research, train scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel.

Within the framework of the scientific and pedagogical school, research is carried out in three areas:

1. Economics and management of organizations and entrepreneurship (economics);
2. Management of innovations and investment processes (management);
3. Organizational and economic mechanism for the development of housing construction (state and municipal administration).

Today, the total number of members of the staff of the scientific school is 25 people, which includes

• founding researcher of the school - 1 doctor of sciences;
• followers-successors - 12 candidates of sciences;
• successor students - 5 graduate students.

The number of young (under 35 years old) members of the scientific school team is 8 people (32%). The personnel composition of the leading scientific school is presented in Table 1.

Of the 12 candidates of sciences - followers-successors indicated in Table 1, 3 people - (Manchyk-Sat Ch.S., Dongak B.A., Chuldum A.E.) defended their Ph.D. thesis under the supervision of V.K. Sevek, and the remaining 9 people were personally sent by Vyacheslav Sevek to graduate schools in other universities of the country.
