Focus and Scope

The journal “In the Center of Economy” is a scientific electronic network publication that reflects current problems and trends in the development of the country's financial and tax system, logistics, investment and construction climate in Russia, as well as current economic issues of Russian and international character.

The purpose of the journal: to reveal the capabilities of Russian and foreign experts in the field of financial, tax, investment and other economic fields of activity, to make theoretically and scientifically-practical property of outstanding modern scientists.

The journal “In the Center of Economy” is a scientific online publication for the publication of research results, scientific and practical, information-analytical and other materials of a scientific direction.

The target audience is scientific and financial specialists, representatives of scientific communities, as well as university professors, graduate students and senior students.

The publisher of the journal is the Tuva regional branch of the Free Economic Society of Russia (TuvRO VEO of Russia).

The journal "In the Center of Economics" makes known to the scientific community and disseminates scientific knowledge and the results of the scientific activities of the team of the authors of the scientific school "Problems of the effectiveness of modernization and innovation processes" of Tuva State University in order to expand the scientific and innovative space, develop scientific potential and publishing activity of authors of Russian educational, scientific and public organizations, economists and other specialists by promoting the most significant results of their research.

Peer Review Process

The journal "In the Center of Economics" is a peer-reviewed scientific publication. Before publication, all manuscripts submitted for review go through a quality control system (editorial peer review system) carried out by members of the editorial board and external experts.  The editorial board includes domestic and foreign scientists, including 12 doctors of science. The editorial board includes foreign scientists from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the Republic of Tajikistan. A double blind review method is used (double blind peer review).

Open Access Policy 

All journal materials are distributed according to the open access model Open Access in accordance with the Budapest Initiative (BOAI) without the need for registration.

Open access means free, fast, permanent, full-text access to publications, provided in real time for any user, freely available on the global information network without any restrictions.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Licensing terms

All journal content is distributed under the Open Access model under the Budapest Open Access Initiative and is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license using the Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. The journal has changed its licence from CC BY-NC from 23.07.01 to CC BY.

Plagiarism policy

All articles are checked in the "Antiplagiat" system. The level of originality is not less than 84%. In case of detection of numerous borrowings, the editors act in accordance with the COPE rules.

The journal doesn't have any Article processing charges and submission.

Help on the publication of articles for all authors is free, no fees are paid.

Call for papers

At the moment, there is a set of copyright materials for inclusion to the current issue.

Materials for publication in the journal should be sent to the publisher in electronic form by the end of the second month of the quarter. Articles received by the editors after this date are considered for publication in the next quarter.
