Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical foundations of strategic management in a crisis situation. The concept and role of strategy in the period of crisis are defined. The analysis of the basic, competitive and functional strategies of the organization is carried out. The stages of formation of the anti-crisis strategy of the organization are defined.
