Management educational system for the Development of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation
Abstract
The aim of this study is to consider the current management educational system to improve the potential labor resource for progressive changes in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The study of the construction of the educational system in Russia will reveal the specifics of the system of training professionals with managerial specialization to improve the Arctic region, detect the shortcomings of the current system and offer recommendations for their elimination and improvement of the Russian educational system in the areas necessary for job in the Russian Arctic zone. As a result of the work, the following recommendations were made: consider the possibility of cooperation between enterprises and universities to organize dual education in order to prevent the problem of employment of potential employees due to lack of experience, use the experience of continuous education - the implementation of MBA and EMBA programs in the "Arctic" universities to train managers of all levels of different areas for work in the Russian Arctic, to organize a major Russian educational competition program for the comprehensive training of graduates of management specialties by analogy with the Muravyov-Amursky 2030 program, to review the process of internships by students during the educational process due to the lack of proven experience of the graduate upon graduation from the university. Also, as a result of the study, a schematic representation of state policy instruments in the field of management training was developed, including for the Russian Arctic. In the process of studying, collecting, and processing information material, such scientific methods as monographic and documentary research, comparative analysis, generalization, description, and others were used.
