Analysis of non-standard methods of employee motivation
Abstract
The article provides an overview of existing approaches and tools that are used to stimulate employees in organizations. The article discusses not only traditional methods of motivation, such as salary increases and bonuses, but also more non-standard approaches, such as flexible work hours, the possibility of remote work, loyalty programs, and others. The authors of the article analyze the effectiveness of each of the methods and offer recommendations for their use in organizations. The article will be useful to managers and executives who are looking for new ways to motivate employees in their company.
