Abstract
The article describes the methodology for forming a project to create a tourism business in the countryside. The components of project formation (formation of a goal, team, project work plan, etc.) and modern methods and technologies, such as Scrum, Agile, Lean, Kanban, are considere The Russian national project “Tourism and Hospitality Industry” is described.
