Analysis of the prospects for changing the length of the working week
Abstract
Modern technologies make it possible to reduce the duration of the working week from five days to four days. This issue is being discussed more and more often. Due to the relevance of this topic, the article, based on an analysis of the current legislation in the field of labor law, presents the advantages and disadvantages of introducing a four-day working week in Russia, considers possible risks, and also voices the position of the Ministry of Labor on this issue.
