Ways of development of the country's economy in the conditions of economic crisis

Abstract

Currently, the Russian economy is in a state of crisis, mainly due to the conduct of military operations on the territory of Ukraine and the establishment of economic sanctions by the United States and the EU. There is a confrontation of the majority of world powers against Russia. Despite the fact that these countries suffer no less from the business gap with Russia, the Russian economy is undergoing a temporary decline in potential due to significant military expenditures, as well as the withdrawal of foreign firms from joint ventures and the Russian market, significant changes in import-export volumes. This forces us to establish production only within the country, using import substitution methods, The development of the Russian economy in these conditions can be carried out through the use of new innovative production technologies, the creation of clusters, resource conservation in all areas, the development of logistics infrastructure, transportation technologies, advanced technologies in the agricultural sector, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical field, etc. In particular, it is recommended to achieve resource conservation in the production of products using the regulatory method, and to identify reserves of resource savings, use the method of functional cost analysis. All these progressive directions of economic development can be implemented provided peace is established and the cessation of hostilities with the use of military means of destruction.
