The Impact of Green Economy in Ensuring Sustainable Development of the Labor Market and Jobs in Uzbekistan
Abstract
This article examines the impact of the green economy on the labor market and job modernization in the Republic of Uzbekistan, presenting the results of an analysis of employment growth trends in the renewable energy sector. The authors identify the role of government support and educational programs, highlight the risks associated with climate change and automation, and propose measures to ensure a just transition to a sustainable economy. The development of green energy is viewed as a driver of economic growth and increased competitiveness.
